The certification can only be applied to the first signature. Furthermore if
you use PdfSignatureAppearance.CERTIFIED_NO_CHANGES_ALLOWED the document can't
be changed. If you use certification it must be at least PdfSignatureAppearance
.CERTIFIED_FORM_FILLING and the second signature must be made on an existing
field.
